**Acne bootcamp is a commitment requiring you to purchase a home care regimen ($200-$240) and come in every two weeks to receive a treatment and adjust your regimen.
**Bi-weekly treatments are $110. we will perform either a hydrating treatment or a chemical peel! Followed by extractions, a mask, high frequency, and LED.

Your first visit is all about getting to know you and your skin. We’ll take the time to discuss your skin history, current concerns, lifestyle, products, and goals so we can better understand what may be contributing to your skin concerns.
From there, we’ll thoroughly assess your skin and walk you through our recommendations, including what we believe will be most beneficial for your skin and why. Depending on your skin’s condition and goals, your first visit may include a customized treatment, or we may recommend starting with a personalized home-care routine before beginning treatments.
Our goal is for you to leave feeling heard, educated, and confident in your skin journey—with a clear understanding of what comes next.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Please complete all required medical forms and waivers at least 48 hours before your appointment so we have time to review everything beforehand. Come ready with your questions, skin concerns, current products, and goals—we want you to feel comfortable sharing it all! Most importantly, come ready to learn. We’re here to educate you, create a personalized plan, and help you understand your skin every step of the way.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Can’t make it to Vancouver? No problem! Our virtual consultations allow us to connect with you from wherever you are. Before your consultation, you’ll complete an intake form and provide photos of your skin so we can get a better understanding of what’s going on. During our virtual appointment, we’ll talk through your skin concerns, current routine, lifestyle, what you’ve tried, and your goals. From there, we can educate you on the why behind your skin concerns, recommend products and at-home care, and create a personalized plan to help you move forward with confidence.

Using Face Reality’s professional acne skincare system, customized treatments, and ongoing education, we work together to get your skin moving in the right direction.
Acne Bootcamp requires commitment and consistency. You’ll need to use only the products recommended by us and come in for treatments every other week so we can monitor your progress and adjust your plan as needed. Treatment pricing varies based on how frequently you’re able to come in.
This isn’t an overnight fix or a one-size-fits-all routine. We’ll teach you the why behind your acne, help you understand your skin, and guide you through every step of the process. Our goal isn’t just clearer skin—it’s giving you the knowledge and confidence to maintain your results long-term.
