To ensure that your experience at The Skin Twins is seamless and stress-free, here are a few important policies to keep in mind. These guidelines help me provide the best service possible and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
The Skin Twins sends out multiple appointment reminders: You are given multiple chances to cancel/reschedule ahead of your appointment to avoid the different fees.
The Skin Twins asks that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance or you will be charged 50% of your service cost cancellation/rescheduling fee. Any no-shows or cancellations/reschedules with 24 hours or less notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Failure to pay cancellation or rescheduling fees will result in blockage from booking future appointments until paid. After 1 no-shows or 1 same day cancellation, you will not be able to book further appointments with The Skin Twins.
One free reschedule is allowed. Additional reschedules may be offered at our discretion. Exceptions for emergencies such as illness or family emergencies.
Reschedules with less than 24 hours notice will be required to adhere to the above mentioned policies for cancellations.
By booking an appointment, clients agree to these terms and conditions.

Services are non-refundable, but we are happy to address any concerns you have about your treatment.
Products are non-refundable at any cost
A deposit is required for all appointments and will be applied to the service total.
